Puzzles are something we do everyday in our house. But I've found it difficult to find ones that interest Mason and are age appropriate for him. He doesn't sit long to do many activities because he is such a busy body but likes to try puzzles when Lily and I do them together.

I was so excited when I seen that The Wooden Puzzle Name Canada made puzzles that were 1) made out of wood, and 2) could be customized to my little man's interests! Let me tell you as soon as he seen there was a baseball on this puzzle he went NUTS and whenever we do puzzles with he immediately goes to pull out his special puzzle and practice right alongside Lily and I. The colour, design and craftsmanship on this puzzle is amazing! It is high quality and one of those toys and activities that will last a lifetime. I see us using this puzzle not only to practice fine motor skills but to also help teach Mason his name and for colour recognition. It's one of those activities that can be used in many different ways. And to top it off, you are able to customize the back of the puzzle as well. We of course couldn't resist putting the famous Babe Ruth quote on the back.

These would also make for a great gift! If you are looking for a baby shower gift or even starting your Christmas shopping I am sure you could cross off a few people on your list by purchasing a puzzle!
